I’m Scott—a music teacher, WNY native, WNY through and through even though I've been gone for over 20 years, father and husband, and the hands behind The 716 Design. For years, my world has been rooted in the things I love: my home, the Bills, the Sabres, my children, and the life my wife and I have built together.

Six years ago, breast cancer entered our lives. For six years, my wife has fought with bravery and positivity. In early 2026, we received the news every family dreads—the cancer had spread to her brain and spinal fluid. She was given less than a year to live.

As my world was falling apart, I needed a way to keep my hands busy and my mind anchored. The 716 Design was born out of that quiet, urgent need for focus. Every piece I make isn't just a design; it’s a anchor in the storm, giving me a sense of purpose and strength while we navigate every precious moment we have left.
